Terms & Conditions

All dogs must have current vaccinations.
Owners must present their Aadhar copy along with the dog's vaccination certificate/book when bringing their pet to the kennel.
There is no liability for accidental deaths such as lightning, sudden illnesses, or deaths.
In case of any infectious disease, the cost of treatment shall be borne by the dog owner.
Please notify in advance of any health conditions or allergies affecting your dog.
If any medicine has been given for any disease, the details should be provided.
Come only after taking permission to see the dogs.
Advance payments are non-refundable.
There will be extra charges for home pickup and delivery.
Visiting hours for seeing dogs are Saturday & Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
Half of the boarding fee should be paid in advance.
Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the kennel.
Dog handlers must be at least 15 years of age.
Children (under 10) must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Alcohol, smoking, food, or glass containers are not allowed inside the kennel.
Agility components are for dogs only.
Please bring your dog's regular daily food for 2 days during boarding to avoid potential digestive issues.
All dogs must take anti-tick tablets and receive a kennel cough injection before entering the kennel.
Tick baths are required for dogs during boarding and will incur a fee of 200 rupees.
