Shemeek's K9 Pet Boarding is merely a pet boarding center which is helping me to look after my pet during the above mentioned duration.
I am handing over my pet to them with full awareness that a pet is a life and no one can give guarantee to life.
I am fully aware that inspire of the extraordinary care that is provided by Shemeek's K9 Pet Boarding there is still a chance that my pet may get Sick, Injured and (or) even lose its life due to unforeseen circumstances.
I will not hold the Staff or the Owner of Shemeek's K9 Pet Boarding responsible in case but not limited to the above mentioned scenarios.
I am Also aware that in spite of the best efforts it is impossible to control ticks in boarding's centers. hence i shall ensure that my pet is prevented from ticks by Vet recommended method suitable for my pet before admitting him in Shemeek's K9 Pet Boarding.
